These are the first plants I’ve ever grown for consumption. I grew them from seeds and I’m fairly attached to them. Hopefully soon I’ll be eating them.
Rex Mattress Never Sleeps
This one is pretty crazy, a demented Portland crooner who goes by the name Mattress, gyrating wildly atop a railroad footbridge. If you aren’t familiar with Blind Pilot, they are poppin’ out of Portland’s lowcut shirt right now, you can’t help but look, hoping to see more. Local filmmaker Wyatt Garfield did a bangup job on the band’s video for “Go On, Say It.”
